During the conference, the signing ceremony of the Jiangsu Province Automotive Aftermarket High-Quality Development Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance") was grandly held. In October 2023, 9 departments including the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Automotive Aftermarket" (abbreviated as the "Guiding Opinions"). To implement the "Guiding Opinions", promote the steady growth of the Jiangsu automotive aftermarket scale, and better meet consumers' diversified automotive consumption needs, initiated by the Jiangsu Province Auto Circulation Association, uniting Baturu and other institutions involved in auto repair, auto events, auto culture, RV self-driving, financial insurance, etc., to jointly establish the "Jiangsu Province Automotive Aftermarket High-Quality Development Alliance".

The Alliance will be committed to promoting the standardized and sustainable development of the Jiangsu Province automotive aftermarket industry, carrying out cooperation and exchange among operating entities throughout the automotive lifecycle, promoting technological innovation and transformation and upgrading, enhancing the quality of the entire industry chain, and playing an active role in invigorating auto circulation and expanding auto consumption. At the same time, it will carry out in-depth cooperation and exchange in areas such as liaising with the government for advice, formulating industry norms and standards, digital transformation development, supply chain, and international and domestic industry development.
