The latest data from the China Passenger Vehicle Association shows that the current inventory coefficient of dealers has exceeded the 4.0 warning line, and the overall operating costs have risen by 15% against the trend. Under the double pressure, digitalization has become the consensus for the industry to break through the deadlock.
As digitalization penetrates the after-sales market, after-sales revenue has become a crucial indicator of the "boom or bust" of car dealerships. However, in the key business area of after-sales profits and growth - the accessories sector - there are numerous management difficulties and pain points.
