Baturu founder and chairman Zeng Wan Gui stated in the themed sharing session "The Development Path for Full Vehicle Parts Merchants in the Trillion Auto Parts Market" that in recent years, on one hand affected by overcapacity, declining demand, and consumption downgrade, the auto parts industry has entered the era of "super internal competition"; on the other hand, the past decade has seen more auto parts trading entities and models, which has also led to more dispersed transactions and increasingly intense competition among auto parts dealers.

After more than ten years of development, the auto parts supply chain has not yet formed large-scale integration, and offline merchants remain the foundation of all trading models.The gradually maturing industry digital infrastructure also brings new development opportunities to auto parts dealers. More and more forward-thinking auto parts dealers are beginning to accept, recognize, and leverage digitalization, upgrading their business operation concepts, strategies, system tools, and management systems, transforming from "small workshops" to "regular army."



For regional full vehicle parts merchants, a single regular army alone is hard to gain competitive advantage. He said that in the past, auto parts dealers generally relied on information asymmetry and stocking boldness to hold onto their business, but with the gradual disappearance of information gaps, phased success is no longer replicable, and higher-dimensional competition has become how to leverage regional platforms to play efficiency and collaboration advantages.



He introduced that during the 2019 visit to Baturu South China Warehouse, Xinfengji planted the seed of "regional platform."On the basis of standardizing its own Toyota models, it gradually expanded to Honda, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and other car brands through Baturu's "data + closed-loop system tools + supply chain + operation accompaniment" overall solution, forming a cross-brand alliance platform. In just over two years, it has leaped to become a new regional platform with unified brand, entrance, rules, efficient collaboration, and closed-loop operations, not only doubling the performance of alliance members but also attracting factories, auto parts cities, and other upstream and downstream industry players to come.


Currently, Jiangpeilian has 7 alliance members, covering multiple car brands such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Buick, Chevrolet, Land Rover, etc., serving over 80% of Xinjiang regions, with a total warehousing area exceeding 30,000 square meters.
