The first step into the market starts here

On June 20-21, 25 chain store owners from Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, Jiangxi, and other parts of the country gathered at Baturu headquarters for a two-day closed training.

A "super team" of 15 instructors from departments such as platform operations, finance, after-sales, and trading delivered training on 16 modules, including intelligent system tools, operational rules, financial account periods, and market expansion.

Baturu & Yishan Internet Full Vehicle Parts Chain adopts fully standardized operations throughout the process, achieving online operations in all aspects from product procurement, inventory management, customer management, etc., so the application of intelligent system tools is indispensable.

For some traditional auto parts stores, initial contact with systematized operations may feel unfamiliar. To help franchise stores adapt quickly to the new system, instructors explained everything from the system's operational logic to practical operations during the training sessions.

One franchisee said: "I was initially very intimidated by having to learn so many systems, as I'd never used them before. But after learning, I found the system design is very intelligent, and I could basically master all operations in one day."

At the training session, Baturu & Yishan core leaders also had candid discussions with the brothers who came from afar about the operations and development of franchise stores, and conducted in-depth exchanges and answers to the questions franchisees cared about.

1. Are all systems currently interconnected?

All standardized business chain systems, including ERP, B Platform (centralized procurement platform), Auto Parts Shop Mall, CRM, logistics distribution system, etc., have been fully interconnected and have smoothly achieved operations after multiple rounds of testing.

2. How is the product supply progressing?

The B Platform currently has nearly 20 mainstream car models listed, and more than a dozen international big brands have entered. The supply chain team is continuously connecting with more high-quality suppliers, deeply focusing on four aspects: "good quality, complete categories, full after-sales guarantee, and competitive prices," refining and perfecting the products.

3. Are there any other resource imports for franchise stores?

The positioning of Baturu & Yishan chain stores is "local automotive aftermarket traffic entrance and service exit." Our goal is to import all local automotive aftermarket-related businesses, such as insurance, financial services, new and used car sales, etc., including traffic and resources, into franchise stores.

In addition, a "Star Member System" has been created for franchise stores, including nationwide auto repair association resources, Million Club, and more.

4. Is there operational support for franchise stores in the startup phase?

After signing, headquarters will dispatch store-building personnel and regional managers to help stores with store setup and warehouse organization, conduct regular operational training on system tools, market expansion, and other aspects for franchise stores. Additionally, headquarters has a dedicated customer service team to serve franchise stores, truly providing full-process operational support from 0 to 1.

After the training, this is what they said...

Zhaoqing Chain Store:First time coming to Baturu headquarters, whether it's the training team or the company environment and atmosphere, I felt a strong tech company vibe, very different from traditional auto parts business.

Quanzhou Chain Store:As a post-90s who just graduated from university not long ago, I wanted to start my own business. I consulted many relatives and friends in the auto parts industry, and they recommended I join Baturu & Yishan. The two-day training gave me great confidence in the entire auto parts market and internet full vehicle parts chain. I look forward to real combat in the market soon.
