Some say that in recent years, the auto parts business has become increasingly tough to crack, entering the industry is like falling into a pit, every step is muddy.
<>But Brother Liang doesn't believe that nonsense.
He is a native of Zhaoqing, and since 2014, he has been doing auto wear parts in Guangzhou with his close brother, sticking to it for a decade. Before that, he came from the hardware industry, dealing with screws, wrenches, pliers, and later crossed into auto parts, starting from the bottom, gradually figuring out the ways of the parts industry.

In 2024, he made a major decision: joinBaturu, return to his hometown in Zhaoqing to do full vehicle parts, first test the waters in Gaoyao District, and this year he aggressively secured the franchise in DuanZhou District.
From hardware to auto parts, a decade forges a veteran
2014 was a turning point in Brother Liang's career. Leaving the familiar hardware industry, no one expected him to dive headfirst into the completely unfamiliar auto parts field.
"I used to do hardware, in 2014 I followed my brother in Guangzhou to do parts wholesale, endured all kinds of hardships. Sourcing goods, delivering, reconciling accounts, tracking inventory... Business was good back then, but it was brain-intensive. Sometimes customers needed urgent parts, and we'd search the entire warehouse but couldn't find them all, like flipping through a book, too many to remember."
He said that back then, many parts bosses were "staying in the store," waiting for customers to come or calls for orders. But now it's different. “If you keep sitting in the store, you'll just be waiting to be eliminated.”

In 2024, he learned about Baturu's franchise model and found it wasn't the traditional "stock-pressing recruitment," but a complete supply chain empowerment system—second-level quoting system, logistics support, regional protection, and a "hand-holding team" to help develop the market.
He was moved.

Many franchisees fear the most is “sign the contract and then no one cares”.
After nearly year of experience in Gaoyao District, Brother Liang spotted the DuanZhou market and seized it first this year. During the early opening period, Baturu sent the regional operations team to DuanZhou, running customers, introducing products, and sorting processes together with him.

“They're not here to point fingers, they're really here to work.” The hand-holding team helped Brother Liang formulate a visit plan together, teaching me how to check inventory with the system, how to quote quickly, and how to maintain customer relations.
DuanZhou isn't big, but there are 200-300 repair shops of all sizes, scattered and with messy brands. 4S stores are more concentrated, and new energy outlets are gradually increasing. When developing customers, Brother Liang uses the "auto parts shop" to quickly query part models and prices, directly sharing prices with customers, no longer like before, fearing to quote wrong or too low.
“Now when customers ask for a part, I can quote the brand, price, and model right on my phone.” Previously he won by experience, now by experience + professionalism, he laughs saying he's now one level higher.
Home turf advantage, turning delivery routes into "friendship roads"
In the early stage of franchising, Brother Liang's team is not large yet: himself handling market runs, a younger brother for deliveries, and his brother managing the Guangzhou market.

But he insists on one thing: for any customers he develops himself, he must personally follow up and serve.
Local repair shops are mostly run by locals, Brother Liang communicates effortlessly, "Hand over a cigarette when entering the shop, chat with the mechanics about cars, talk about parts market trends, I must make customers remember me, think of me when buying parts." Visiting the Zhuoyue Repair Shop less than 1 km from the franchise store, Brother Liang "seized" the boss inquiring prices, sent the quote on the spot, and chatted about his newly opened store.

“My store and warehouse are nearby, once ordered, in-stock items delivered in 5 minutes, full vehicle parts basically same day or next day,” this fulfillment efficiency also won recognition from repair shop bosses.
He says, doing parts now, "quality, price, service" are all essential, especially timeliness. "Repair shops can't wait, car owners even less. If you're one step slow, customers go elsewhere."
Ten years of tempering, unleashed in one go! From Guangzhou's hustle to rooting in his hometown, Brother Liang used a decade of experience to carve out a new auto parts territory right at his doorstep.
Now, Baturu is continuing to recruit franchisees for 2025, targeting Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Guizhou and other areas, continuously releasing blank regional quotas, inviting more "warriors" to create a aftermarket career together!
