Sunac Auto Dealers Digital Branch Launched! Baturu Helps Press the Acceleration Key for Automotive After-Sales Digitalization
2026-04-02

“If you don't seek change now, you'll be out tomorrow!” This is the consensus among automobile dealer groups in recent years! The new energy wave is surging, price wars are raging, and the profit margins of traditional 4S stores are being continuously squeezed—this is not the predicament of one or two companies, but the collective pain of the entire automobile distribution industry.

Based on this, the Digitalization Branch of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Automobile Dealers Chamber (abbreviated as Digitalization Branch) is officially launched. As a branch of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Automobile Dealers Chamber, it is not just another traditional industry organization, but the rallying call for a “digital special forces” team to drive industry change!

Baturu, as part of the first leadership team, based on “digital centralized procurement management + supply chain services”, joins forces with partners such as JD.com and Bangbang Auto Services to form the “Digital Vanguard Army” together, using technological power to drive the digital transformation of the automobile after-sales industry and injecting strong momentum into the industry.

Snapshots of Digitalization Branch work

1. Why do we need a “Digital Vanguard Army” at this moment?

Looking back at 2023, China's seemingly recovering car market was full of undercurrents: new energy penetration rate exceeded 30%, direct sales models impacted traditional channels, and after-sales profits dropped by over 15%. At that time, dealers were hesitating at the crossroads of transformation, and a digital battle initiated by the All-China Automobile Dealers Association had already been quietly laid out.

At the 2022 Changsha Summit, the “full-chain digital solution” was proposed for the first time, directly addressing dealers' pain points of “difficult lead conversion and high labor costs”;

At the 2023 Zhengzhou Circulation Conference, the chamber jointly released the “Service Consistency Report” with Autohome, establishing dealer digitalization assessment standards for the first time;

At the 2024 Automobile Export Conference, the digital marketing sub-forum disclosed for the first time: Dealers using smart tools saw a 23% increase in after-sales retention rate and an 18% decrease in labor costs.

Behind these actions is the industry consensus: solo digitalization is doomed to fail, and ecosystem collaboration is the key to breaking the deadlock. The Digitalization Branch was born in response—it aims to be not just a “bridge”, but the digital nerve center of the entire automobile distribution industry.

2. Jointly building an after-sales digital platform to reshape dealers' dominant position

The 4S system has made remarkable contributions to the development of China's automobile after-sales service industry, laying a solid foundation in funds, technology, management, and especially talent teams. Now, in the era of “industry reshuffle”, it drives the demand for intelligent and digital development.

Different from traditional associations, the Digitalization Branch was born with a “tech gene”: full-chain empowerment, one interface solving all pain points.

The automobile after-sales digital comprehensive service platform is the core tool for the branch to empower the industry. The platform deeply integrates leading resources from the automobile and aftermarket industry chains, targeting pain points in automobile dealers' after-sales business, creating standardized, one-stop solutions covering SAAS systems, financial payments, supply chain platforms, and more, helping them reshape their core dominant position in the automobile aftermarket.

3. Digital carrier, Baturu infrastructure platform as the engine

Open cooperation is gradually becoming a theme throughout the entire automobile and aftermarket ecosystem. The birth of Baturu and the “Digital Vanguard Army” with JD.com, Bangbang Auto Services, and others will significantly accelerate the industry's cost reduction, efficiency increase, and upgrading processes.

Baturu has been deeply laying out digital business for automobile dealer groups since 2020. Through over a decade of self-operated auto parts supply chain accumulation of data, systems, supply chains, operational capabilities, and other digital infrastructure, it provides groups with digital centralized procurement solutions based on “SaaS + supply chain”, currently serving over 5000+ 4S stores nationwide, helping them build a sunny, efficient, and healthy after-sales supply chain system.

As the core engine of this “digital carrier”, Baturu will deeply promote the construction of a digital “app store” for automobile dealer groups, collaborate with industry partners to use technological innovation to establish industry data standards and establish unified data interfaces for dealers and service providers, truly achieving one interface solving all pain points.

The above are part of the vanguard lineup, more elite forces are accelerating assembly

In recent years, Baturu has been integrating digital infrastructure capabilities throughout the full chain of the automobile aftermarket, connecting and serving over 120,000 industry entities, expanding its “circle of friends” to OEMs, automobile dealer groups, auto parts manufacturers/distributors, auto insurance, scrapped vehicle dismantling plants, etc., enhancing industry collaboration through digital solutions.

Today, with the new technology wave represented by digitalization surging forward, Baturu will break through the waves with more partners, helping 4S stores collectively reshape their core dominant position in the automobile aftermarket.
