On May 27, Baturu partnered with ZF Aftermarket to sign a strategic cooperation agreement. Both parties will leverage their respective market advantages to achieve online resource sharing in the independent aftermarket.

Based on the consensus of both parties' cooperation, Baturu will become the online strategic partner of ZF Aftermarket's independent aftermarket business in Greater China. Utilizing its strong advantages in data, systems, warehousing and distribution, and channels, it will provide ZF Aftermarket's independent aftermarket business with online product sales, market promotion, and marketing. As a global leader in the automotive aftermarket, ZF Aftermarket will provide high-quality transmission and chassis components as well as related aftermarket services through the Baturu Auto Parts Store platform, better serving end-user repair companies with reliable ZF Aftermarket brands including ZF, Sachs, Lemförder, and Tianhe parts and service support.

Dr. Xu Jun, head of ZF Aftermarket Division's independent aftermarket business in Greater China, highly recognized Baturu's business model and expressed confidence in the future cooperation between the two parties. He stated: "Unlike traditional offline dealers, Baturu's new e-commerce model and premium services will bring fresh blood and momentum to the growth of ZF Aftermarket's business."

Currently, the Baturu Auto Parts Store platform covers over 100 car brands, more than 200,000 mainstream models, covering 98% of vehicle models, with 100% parts coverage for over a dozen mainstream brands such as Japanese and German brands. This partnership with ZF Aftermarket Division will further enrich the brands and SKUs on the Auto Parts Store platform. At the same time, the strong service capabilities of both parties will continue to deepen Baturu's service philosophy of "complete and reliable parts, service on demand anytime."

In the future, both parties will carry out broader and deeper cooperation in multiple fields such as big data, product line supply, and on-site services, working together to promote standardization and intelligence in the automotive aftermarket, and continuously providing end-user repair companies with "complete, accurate, fast, and cost-effective" high-quality services.
