On December 9, Baturu Auto Parts' all-vehicle-parts trading platform "Auto Parts Shop" became the first in the industry to launch a 24-month ultra-long warranty, providing customers with warranty services exceeding industry standards. This service covers over 100 car brands on the entire platform, more than 200,000 mainstream models, and nearly 10 million SKUs. Specifically, all car brands and multiple categories come with a 24-month warranty, original and first-tier major brands have a minimum 12-month warranty, and this service is open to all platform customers.
After customers purchase "warranty" marked products in the Auto Parts Shop mall, the warranty service takes effect on the delivery date. Within the corresponding warranty period, if quality issues with parts or non-installation-related problems are found, customers can apply for returns within the Auto Parts Shop mall.
According to the relevant person in charge, in the field of auto parts e-commerce, Auto Parts Shop is the first platform to offer 24-month ultra-long warranty services, and this service covers a wide range of car brands and models, without restrictions on regions or customer types, open equally to all.

In the first half of the year, offline service channels—city partners—were upgraded to franchisees to improve service efficiency. Recently, a batch of million-performance franchisees was publicly announced through official channels, with initial results from the upgrade showing.
