Zero Experience Newcomer  Forges Path to Wealth

Before joining Baturu as a partner, Wu Weihao had been a professional manager at a 4S store in Chao'an for 14 years. During his time at the 4S store, the company he worked for was preparing to go public, requiring all fund flow processes to be standardized, with particular emphasis on the after-sales parts procurement process. During market research, Wu Weihao first came into contact with Baturu. After in-depth understanding, Wu Weihao developed the idea of joining as a partner to start his own business.

In August 2016, Wu Weihao officially joined Baturu as a partner.

Baturu has few requirements for joining conditions. One car, one delivery driver, and himself as the salesperson—this was his entire setup at the start of his venture, and the two of them carved out a path to wealth.

"I had always been doing 4S store business before, with resources all in that area, so I was very unfamiliar with Chaozhou's auto repair market, and local repair shops didn't trust me. But a good platform can make up for the disadvantages of us inexperienced partners. For example, when starting out in business development, as soon as I entered a customer's store and said I was a Baturu partner, the customer would generally give me a chance to sit down and talk business. This is one of the benefits brought by Baturu's reputation."

Although he had little experience, the platform's parts quality, service, and continuous order pushing from insurance companies made Wu Weihao's small business thrive. Two years later, Wu Weihao broke through one million in monthly revenue and became Baturu's gold partner for 2018 and 2019.

Insurance Performance Outstanding Beyond Expectations Store to Expand Again Next Year

Insurance business and auto repair shop business are the dual engines of Wu Weihao's performance growth. In 2017, in just half a year, Wu Weihao's insurance business transaction volume increased 10-fold.

"These large insurance companies still recognize Baturu very much." When expanding the market, Wu Weihao's team often collaborates with front-line insurance claims personnel resources to jointly visit customers to increase business order pushing. Insurance business order pushing reactivates lost customers, increases new trading users, and enhances customer stickiness.

After securing the big Lexus order from Earth Insurance, Wu Weihao, now a mature partner store owner, feels he can still push forward. "My business model here is basically very mature, but I still want to continue intensifying development efforts and double the performance again."

As the business continues to expand, Wu Weihao plans to further increase the team size next year. "After business picks up, no matter how much you increase manpower, it still feels insufficient."

As of now, Baturu has over 500 urban partners nationwide, more than 1,500 on-ground service personnel, bringing high-quality parts procurement and after-sales services to over 100,000 repair shops in more than 20 provinces across the country.
